TouchSuite offers the opportunity to help architect the technology backbone of a rapidly evolving payments platform. The VP of Business Systems Engineering & Data Strategy will play a central role in shaping how technology, data, and automation power the company’s next stage of growth.

Role Overview
TouchSuite is seeking a VP of Business Systems Engineering & Data Strategy to lead the architecture, integration, and optimization of the company’s core business systems.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and data strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep experience designing and managing Salesforce-centered business systems, building data infrastructure and dashboards, and integrating external platforms across fintech or payments environments.
The successful candidate will help TouchSuite transform operational processes into scalable, automated systems while delivering real-time intelligence across the organization.
This role reports into a cross-functional leadership structure across Technology and Operations and will lead a small internal team responsible for Salesforce administration, data engineering, and business intelligence.
The position is based in Boca Raton, Florida and requires on-site collaboration five days per week.


Key Responsibilities
Business Systems Architecture
  • Lead the evolution of TouchSuite’s Salesforce-centered business systems architecture
  • Ensure full integration of Salesforce across Sales, Underwriting, Risk, Merchant Support, and Flex Capital
  • Oversee architecture for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments, including Agent and ISO portals
Systems Integration
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and critical fintech platforms including:
    • Payment processors (TSYS / Fiserv)
    • Underwriting and verification platforms
    • Internal merchant lifecycle systems
  • Oversee integration frameworks including MuleSoft
Data Strategy & Business Intelligence
  • Build and manage a scalable data integrity and reporting layer across the organization
  • Lead development of Power BI dashboards supporting executive decision making
  • Ensure consistent reporting across sales performance, merchant lifecycle, risk monitoring, and operational performance
  • Establish strong governance around data accuracy, normalization, and availability
Operational Automation
  • Identify manual processes across the organization and implement workflow automation
  • Translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions
  • Support automation across merchant onboarding, underwriting workflows, customer support, and capital funding processes
AI & Future Technology Enablement
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning within the company’s operational systems
  • Work with internal technology leadership to introduce automation and intelligent workflows where appropriate

Team Leadership
  • Establish development priorities, roadmap planning, and delivery frameworks
  • Lead and develop a small technical team including:
    • Salesforce Administrator
    • BI Analyst
    • Data Engineer
    • QA support resources
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with leadership across:
    • Technology, Operations, Risk & Underwriting, Sales & Customer Support
  • Act as a translator between business leaders and engineering teams to ensure technology investments directly support operational outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate combines systems architecture expertise with operational intuition and is comfortable working in a fast-moving fintech environment.
Required Experience
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and ecosystem management
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with multiple external platforms and APIs
  • Strong background in business intelligence and data visualization (Power BI preferred)
  • Experience managing complex system integrations using middleware platforms such as MuleSoft
  • Demonstrated ability to design systems supporting cross-department business workflows
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, fintech, or financial services
  • Familiarity with payment processor integrations (TSYS, Fiserv, gateway platforms)
  • Experience supporting underwriting, risk, or merchant lifecycle operations
  • Exposure to AI automation and workflow optimization
Leadership Experience
  • Experience managing technical teams including administrators, analysts, and engineers
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects involving both business and technical stakeholders
